Introduction
============

This page contains a library called "glu" which stands for Graphics Library
Utility. The source code comes from SGI as part of the open source initiative
(OSS = Open Source Software). I compiled it myself using VC++ 6.0 by making a
DLL project out of the hundreds of files and then I had to patch them up to
make the compiling possible. The makefile was not compatible with VC++ so I
decided that making a VC++ project is more elegant than having to deal with the
command line and script files.

This version of GLU is 1.3 and I think that most people still have version 1.2
on their Windows machine.
