VRVA, not defined in ETL

    An attribute `a' of type `T' in a class `C' marked transient
    is valid if and only if it satisfies the following conditions:

      1 `T' is neither a formal, a user defined expanded type, or an
        attached type.
		
      2 `C' is not expanded
