This is a simple test application, if you want to use it,
you have to do the following things:

1) modify the path in the ACE file, or better, do a better ACE file, commit it and change this README
2) you have to set a path in the creation procedure (make) of 
the class I18N_LOCALIZATOR, the path should point to cin.mo or it.mo
