The code in the entirety of the present private repository is proprietary to Eiffel software and any use or distribution is prohibited unless with the explicit written agreement of Eiffel Software. Pursuant to Eiffel Software's licensing policy, part or all of the code is intended to be  eventually released under a GPL license, normally one year after its initial inclusion in the present repository. The license notices  found in the code are included in anticipation of this eventual release. Until then, the present clause overrides these individual notices.
