test_description A class creates an instance of a second class which has a `dispose' procedure that causes a floating exception.  When this instance is garbage collected, the `dispose' procedure is call and the exception is correctly raised.  However, garbage collection is turned off.  A subsequent creation of the and collection of another object causes program termination.
