A class with debug statements with various combinations of debug keys
"1" and "2" executes the correct statements when compiled with Ace
specifying `debug ("1")', but does not execute the correct debug
statements when this is changed to `debug ("2")'.

Still not fixed in Prerelease 93.02.17.
