After compilation, freezing and finish_freezing, a system prints
`true' when executed, which is correct behavior.  When an
`io.new_line' line is removed and es3 is rerun, the resulting system
prints `false' when executed.  The feature involved has arithmetic and
comparison with REAL constants.

Still not fixed in Prerelease 93.02.17.
