Class with an attribute whose type is an anchored type and type of anchor is
an expanded type compiles OK, but when it is changed to a constant INTEGER
and recompiled an exception trace results.

Still not fixed in Prerelease 93.02.17.
Fixed in prereleased 93.04.21.
