Compiling a system and then removing the creation procedure (which is
called) from one of its classes causes a violation of the Entity Rule.
The violation is detected, but the compiler dies while reporting it.

Still not fixed in Prerelease 93.02.17.
Fixed in Prerelease 93.04.21.
