Compiling a system and then making a particular sequence of changes
causes the compiler to report a violation of the Feature Name rule
(VMFN), when in fact the error is violation of VCCH on page 51.

Still not fixed in Prerelease 93.02.17.
Fixed in Prerelease 93.04.21.
