An assignment whose source appears to conform to its target according
to the definition of General Conformance is rejected as a violation of
the Assignment rule (VJAR).  I suspect that this is really an error in
condition 4 of General Conformance - it should specify that T is a
reference type.

Fixed in Prerelease 93.07.15.
