Compiling a class TEST which declares an attribute of type TEST but is
not an expanded class works fine.  Changing the class to an expanded
class and rerunning es3 results in an undetected violation of the
Expanded Client rule (VLEC).

Still not fixed in Prerelease 93.02.17.
