A trivial system compiles fine.  When the Ace is changed to indicate a
different root class which is almost identical to the original root
class, but has one inheritance clause, the compiler dies with an
exception trace while refreezing the system.

Discovered in prerelease 93.05.17.
Fixed in Prerelease 93.07.15.
