A known sequence of changes which involves changing the name of a
class to elicit a VTCT error and changing the actual generic parameter
in a type in a generic constraint to elicit a VTCG error causes the
compiler to terminate with a segmentation fault during degree 5.

Discovered in Release 3.2.4.
