The instruction `!CHILD [STRING]!res.make' where `res' is declared as
`res: PARENT [STRING]', PARENT is deferred and CHILD inherits from
parent and has creation procedure `make' causes termination of the
compiler during pass 2.

Discovered in Release 3.2.1.
