A constant attribute which has declared type of `like Current' causes
the compiler to report a bogus VFFD(7) error when the constant used in
the declaration is a string or a bit type (i.e.  in addition to the
VQMC(5) or VQMC(6) error).

Discovered in Release 3.2.1.
