A constrained generic class `TEST1 [G -> TEST2]' tries to pass `agent
{G}.is_stopable' to a procedure whose formal argument is of type
FUNCTION [G, TUPLE [G], BOOLEAN].  The compiler should accept the
class but reports a VUAR(2) error on the procedure call.

Discovered in release 5.4.0906.
