EiffelLogger is based on the log4e library by Glenn Maughan (http://sourceforge.net/projects/goanna) and others. 
He still has copyright on the original code, which is reused and modified in this library. log4e is 
distributed under the Eiffel Forum Licence v1 (see forum.txt)
