EiffelStudio docking branch. It only contains modified classes needed to get the docking version of EiffelStudio.
Fixed bug#10725 that picking an removed class into diagram tool crashed the compiler. And also added protection for cluster stone.
Remapped icons
Fixed a potential bug that centering a renamed class or group in diagram tool crashes the compiler. Disabled centering an assembly.
Modification of diagram tool for new configuration system.
Moved trunk/Src/bench/Eiffel to trunk/Src/Eiffel.
Fixed mixing paranthesis in indexing clause for the licensing. Added missing license reference in newly created Eiffel classes.
Commented out code that is broken from the new configuration system, added conf_todo and conf_todo_msg statements
Refactored pixmap handling to remove redundant functionality so such gray pixmaps

Removed redundant code
It is no longer possible to drop other stones than class stones and cluster stones onto this hole.
When retargeting the diagram, the editor wouldn't be notified (in merged mode).
Changed so that the "retarget to" icon in the diagram toolbar is also pickable and clickable (retarget to supercluster on click).
Merged branch `dev46_manu' to the trunc.
