Improved previous fix for bug#14099. Basically we removed from the `show_actions' of the development window the fact
  that we need to maximize the window. That way, when reconstructing the window of screen it will not try to maximize it
  which caused all the resizing operations to be visible. Instead we set the size of the window to the exact same size
  as the window would have if maximized.
  When the construction is complete, we had a kamikaze action on `show_actions' to maximize it and here no flashing.
To do the above, I needed to store the size and position of a maximized window so I've added the corresponding preference.
Storing the size of the maximized window and of the normal window, permits us to also restore the window to its orginal
  size even after several sessions where the window was maximized.

Note: There seems to have been a recent issue with parts of some icons becoming transparent. It doesn't seem to be affecting the product and will be address in the next release.

Having an icon for the resource file is actually annoying since you have to copy the icon file 
  as well. Instead we are simply having a stringtable in the resource file. It fixes an issue
  while using MinGW for .NET project because the config.eif file forgot to copy the icon file.

Modified the way we perform a checkout with svn. The issue is that recently we had
  bad internet connections and 50% of the time it is not possible to open a connection
  and thus to perform a svn command. Here we perform the svn command until it succeeds.

Added ProgIds node to perform association with .ecf, .e and .bpr. It was more complicated
  than expected since they need to refer to the file ID of a program, and that file should
  be in the same component as the ProgId. Solution was to exclude the needed file from
  the automatically generated .wxs by hallow and manually add it.

Updated installation scripts so that they generate the files in about the
  same layout as the final installation on user machine. The only exception
  is ec.exe which is different between enterprise and GPL.
Added creation of zip file in addition of the MSI to make is easier to install
  for those who do not need to wait a long time to uninstall the previous version.
