To avoid manually fixing the C compiler configuration file, all Ace files are now compiled in console mode.

Updated tests to reflect the now obsolete feature {ARRAY}.make which has to be replaced by either `make_empty' or `make_filled'.

Added test showing a crash in the runtime (see bug#13818) due to some missing protection
  in our SPECIAL allocation involving expanded with creation procedure that allocates memory.
